Solicitor
Clair King is a Senior Family Law solicitor. She qualified in 2001. Clair is a member of the Law Society Children Panel, representing parents and family members, children via their children’s guardians in public law care proceedings and complex private law proceedings.
Clair represents parties in cases involving international elements, domestic abuse, non- accidental injuries, parental alienation, factitious illness. She represents those most vulnerable in society with compassion and determination.
Clair is a member of the QLR Scheme, carrying out cross examination in court. She conducts her own advocacy. Clair is a member of resolution.
